Abstract:Endothelial dysfunction underlies many of the major complications following hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT), including transplant-associated thrombotic microangiopathy (TA-TMA), veno-occlusive disease/sinusoidal obstruction syndrome (VOD/SOS), and engraftment syndrome (ES).
