Principales Determinantes para la Sostenibilidad a Largo Plazo de una Iniciativa Social Emprendedora

Abstract: Este trabajo analiza un proyecto de iniciativa social emprendedora vinculada al sector textil y desarrollado en la Comunidad Autónoma de Galicia. A partir de un enfoque eminentemente cualitativo y basado en el método del caso, hemos definido y analizado la idea, sus elementos principales y los factores críticos que condicionan el éxito de este proyecto tanto durante la fase inicial de maduración de la idea como a partir de su puesta en marcha y posterior implementación y crecimiento.
