A procedure for classifying objects in the space of N×2 factors-attributes that are incorrectly classified as a result of constructing a linear discriminant function is proposed. The classification accuracy is defined as the proportion of correctly classified objects that are incorrectly classified at the first stage of constructing a linear discriminant function. It is shown that, for improperly classified objects, the transition from use as the factors-attributes of their initial values to the use of the centers of gravity (COGs) of local clusters provides the possibility of improving the classification accuracy by 14%. The procedure for constructing local clusters and the principle of forming a classifying rule are proposed, the latter being based on converting the equation of the dividing line to the normal form and determining the sign of the deviation magnitude of the COGs of local clusters from the dividing line

ВведениеСовременные подходы к созданию машин тре-буют максимально возможного согласования в части конструкторской и технологической подготовки про-изводства. Так, очевидно, что как бы глубоко ни бы-ли проработаны конструкции машин [1, 2] или вы-полнено компьютерное или натурное моделирование эффективности конструкций [3,4], не учет техноло-гических факторов приводит к тому, что реальные показатели ниже проектных [5,6].Поэтому актуальным является использование специальных методов исследования, позволяющих согласовывать конструкторскую и технологическую части при компьютерно-интегрированной подготовке производства деталей двигателей внутреннего сгора-ния (ДВС). Анализ литературных данныхЛитые детали ДВС должны рассматриваться как детали типовой технологии литейного производ-ства, компьютерно-интегрированное проектирование которых, независимо от вида литья, предполагает разработку 3D-модели и последующее компьютерное моделирование процессов заполнения формы и кри-сталлизации [7,8]. Цель и задачи исследованияЦелью исследования является получение клас-сифицирующего правила, позволяющее определить, относится ли поршень к классу годного, или к классу брака по критерию «смещение оси отверстия относи-тельно оси поршня».Для достижения цели необходимо решить сле-дующие задачи:-определить параметры пространства призна-ков, существенно влияющих на классификацию;-выбрать вид классифицирующего правила для системы поддержки принятия решений при вы-боре проектно-конструкторских решений в рамках компьютерно-интегрированной технологии проекти-рования литых поршней. Методы исследованияДля исследования применялись параметриче-ские методы классификации, суть которой описана в работах [13,14], а опыт применения для изготовле-ния литых деталей, в том числе ДВС, -в работах [15,16].
