“…El síntoma más común es el sangrado genital tal y como aparece en nuestro caso. (8) El diagnóstico del leiomiosarcoma durante el embarazo requiere una correcta evaluación anatomopatológica dado que la propia gestación induce cambios histológicos tales como hemorragia, necrosis y cambios degenerativos. (9,10) En concreto en este caso, los criterios anatomopatológicos son: células fusiformes con atipia moderada focalmente severa, mitosis, algunas atípicas, alcanzando hasta 11 mitosis/10 CGA, la presencia de necrosis y el borde de la lesión focalmente infiltrativo.…”
