Primary urachal adenocarcinoma: a rare case report

Abstract: Primary urachal carcinoma is a very rare cancer with a poor prognosis. It generally presents as a high-grade, high-stage tumor, and in most cases the patient has developed regional or distant metastasis at the time of presentation.
