“…Für Lungenmetastasen konnte konkret gezeigt werden, dass deren chirurgische Resektion die Prognose betroffener Patientinnen signifikant verbessert [2]. Daneben existieren chemo-und radiotherapeutische Regimes sowie antikonzeptionelle Ansätze, die zur Behandlung der Chorionkarzinome erfolgreich angewandt wurden [11,18,19]. In den vergangenen Jahren konnte insbesondere die Chemotherapie kontinuierlich verbessert und die Heilungsrate betroffener Patientinnen damit deutlich angehoben werden [1,24]; heute gängige Schemata bei Patientinnen mit Score-Werten < 7 Punkte beinhalten Kombinationen von Methotrexat, Actinomycin D, Etoposid und Cisplatin [4,17,29], wobei bei unserer Patientin aufgrund des relativ niedrigen Risikoscores von 5 Punkten und der Tatsache, dass es sich um eine Ersttherapie handelte, die Entscheidung für eine Zweifachkombination (Methotrexat + Actinomycin D) getroffen wurde.…”
