Abstract:Synovial sarcoma (SS) is a rare malignant tumor with bidirectional differentiation potential in epithelial and mesenchymal tissues and is a more chemosensitive subtype of soft tissue sarcoma. It occurs around the synovial soft tissues of large joints of the extremities and rarely in the nasopharynx.
