Primary Synovial Sarcoma of the Kidney: An Unusual Presentation

Abstract: The Synovial Sarcoma (SS) is a rare neoplasm, the fourth most common type of sarcoma. Most often located at the paraarticular region of inferior limbs and tendons. Renal presentation is more common among 15-40 years old patients with an average of 38 years.
