Primary spontaneous complete colporrhexis following vaginal delivery — A rare case

Abstract: Spontaneous trauma to the genital tract during vaginal delivery without instrumentation is very rare. Colporrhexis- rupture of vaginal vault is a very rare type of genital tract injury.
