Primary retroperitoneal mucinous cystadenoma of borderline malignancy in a male patient. Case report and review of the literature

Abstract: BackgroundPrimary retroperitoneal mucinous cystadenoma of borderline malignancy represents a rare tumor, with unclear histogenesis, concerning almost exclusively women.
