Primary Omentum Torsion

Abstract: Omentum torsion is a rare cause of acute abdomen. Omentum torsion generally takes place on the right side and clinically mimics appendicitis, so for this reason omentum torsion is generally diagnosed by laparatomy carried out for appendicitis.
