Abstract:This is the second case report in English literature of a primary non-cutaneous non mucosal melanoma (NCNM) originating from Infratemporal fossa (ITF). A 21 year woman who was previously treated for craniopharyngioma 14 years back with surgery and radiation, presented with left ITF swelling which after excision was histologically confirmed to be NCNM.
