Primary Malignant Melanoma of the Penis

Abstract: A 50-year-old man had a primary malignant melanoma of the penis associated with granuloma telangiectaticum in the pigmented lesion. The patient had an operation for phimosis at the age of 20 and after the operation, he noticed a pigmented lesion at the operation site. We examined the literature and found 16 cases of primary malignant melanoma of the penis in Japan.
