Abstract:Primary hyperaldosteronism (PH) is a frequently overlooked cause of secondary hypertension mostly due to an aldosterone-producing adrenal adenoma. We report the case of a 48-year-old female who presented with recurrent episodes of polymorphic ventricular tachycardia before an aldosterone-producing adrenal adenoma was diagnosed.
