Abstract:Apart from hepatocytes, cholangiocytes, Kupffer cells and stellate cells, the liver contains endothelial cells within the arterial, portal, sinusoids, and hepatic venous systems. These cells may give rise to various benign and malignant lesions of vascular origin.
