Abstract: Objective: To analyze how the healthcare of black immigrants was conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic in Primary Healthcare. Method: An exploratory-descriptive study with a qualitative approach, carried out through semi-structured interviews with professionals who worked in 10 Health Units in the city of Curitiba, Brazil, from October 2020 to January 2021.
