Abstract: Case: In this report, a rare case of primary cutaneous adenoid cystic carcinoma (PCACC) localized in the subcutaneous tissue of the scapular region that grew after BNT162b2 corona virus disease of 2019 (COVID-19) vaccination is presented and may be explained by CD4 and CD8 cell infiltration.
