Abstract: Primary chest wall lymphoma is rare and typically associated with chronic pleural inflammation. Doublehit lymphoma (DHL), which is defined as aggressive mature B-cell lymphoma with MYC and BCL2 or BCL6 rearrangements, is a highly aggressive malignancy that tends to have extranodal involvement and is resistant to standard immunochemotherapy.
