Primary Care Provider Cultural Competence and Racial Disparities in HIV Care and Outcomes

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Health professional organizations have advocated for increasing the "cultural competence" (CC) of healthcare providers, to reduce racial and ethnic disparities in patient care.
