[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8] We present images of a patient with an angiosarcoma invading the right atrium (RA) and both cavae who presented with hemopytosis.A 55-year-old male with a history of intermittent night sweats, fatigue, and dyspnea presented with hemoptyosis. A chest computed tomography scan revealed a 12 × 9 × 7-cm mass invading the RA (Figure 1).
