Abstract:A 67-year-old female presented with chronic canaliculitis and underwent canalicular marsupialization. During the procedure, a fleshy mass was found in the canaliculus, which was excised completely and sent to pathology. Histology confirmed the diagnosis of extranodal marginal zone mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma.
