Abstract: BACKGROUND Anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-positive large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) is an aggressive and rare variant of diffuse LBCL. Herein, we report an uncommon case of stage IE extranodal ALK-positive LBCL initially originating in the bulbar conjunctiva.
