“…N. sativa volatile oil constituents such as thymoquinone inhibited 20-methylcholanthrene-induced fibrosarcoma tumorigenesis in male Swiss albino mice, most likely through antioxidant activity and interference with DNA synthesis, coupled with the enhancement of detoxification processes (18).
