Abstract: Objective: The purpose of study was to report the subjective and objective results of different methods of surgical treatment of cystocele using the transvaginal Mesh-system. Methodology: A prospective study was conducted from January 2017 to December 2020 comparing anterior colporrhaphy with vaginal mesh and two distinct types of vaginal wall repair sutures in the surgical treatment of cystocele.
