Prevention of Acne-Like Eruption Caused by Panitumumab Treatment through Oral Administration of Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs

Abstract: Acne-like eruption caused by anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) antibodies such as panitumumab reduces treatment adherence and patient QOL; an alternative therapy is desired.
