Prevention and care strategies for type 2 diabetes in Mexico

Abstract: Diabetes is a disabling disease; the treatment of this condition aims to maintain a good quality of life in the person suffering from it, avoiding symptoms in situations such as decompensation due to hyperglycemia or acute or chronic complications and decreasing the rate of mortality.
