Preventing Restenosis of Marsupialized Rathke Cleft Cysts Using a Nasoseptal Flap Lining

Abstract: Objectives Rathke cleft cysts (RCCs) are rare, benign lesions formed from remnants of Rathke pouch during embryologic development. However, following marsupialization, maintaining tract patency remains a challenge.
