Prevalence, trend and outcome of twin pregnancy in Rivers State University Teaching Hospital, Southern Nigeria

Abstract: Background: Multiple pregnancy is a high-risk pregnancy associated with a higher maternal and perinatal complications compared to singleton pregnancy.
