Abstract:Background: Maternal age affects risk, varying with mother's parity. This study aimed to investigate advanced maternal age (35-39 and ≥40) and its impact on fetomaternal outcomes in Lebanese women.
Methods: A retrospective review of 300 charts from Lebanese women who had vaginal/cesarean deliveries between 1999-2019. Categorization: under 35 (61%), 35-39 (25%), ≥40 (14%). Analysis via SPSS v23.
