Prevalence of Diagnosed Dry Eye Disease in the United States Among Adults Aged 18 Years and Older

Abstract: We estimate that >16 million US adults have diagnosed DED. Prevalence is higher among women than men, increases with age, and is notable among those aged 18-34 years.
