Prevalence and causes of blindness and diabetic retinopathy in Southern Saudi Arabia

Nevertheless, our finding was lower compared to 22.4% reported in Jazan district (Hajar, Hazmi, Wasli, Mousa, & Rabiu, 2015) and 17.2 % in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia (Al-Baghli et al, 2010).
