Presurface exciton spectrum at finite temperatures

Abstract: The Hamiltonian of the presurface excitons interacting with the bulk and interface phonons in a heterosystem with a plane interface is obtained in the representation of second quantization in all variables. The spectrum parameters (shift and half-width) of the shape function of the basic band at arbitrary temperatures are calculated with the help of the Green function method.
