Pressure-flow characteristics of a microchannel combining super- hydrophobicity and wall compliance

Abstract: This paper reports a computational and theoretical investigation of pressure-flow characteristics of a microchannel having a superhydrophobic bottom wall with embedded air-cavities and, thin deformable membrane as the top wall.
