Littrell et al (2020) find that narcissistic individuals tend to perform poorly in cognitive reflection tasks, moreover, Christopher et al (2021) found that those that narcissistic individuals were significantly more likely to show signs of the Dunning-Kruger effect in the cognitive reflection task. Taken together with the current findings, narcissistic individuals are much more likely to favor intuitive thinking, and to be overconfident in their reasoning abilities.…”
