Abstract: A severe complication of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is graft failure (GF). Among others, donor‐specific anti‐HLA antibodies (DSA) are associated with graft rejection after allogeneic or haploidentical transplantation in adults.
