Presença de Campylobacter spp. em cortes refrigerados de frango

Abstract: ResumoCampylobacter spp. é causa frequente de doença bacteriana transmitida por alimentos. As aves, especialmente o frango, são reservatórios de C. jejuni. O objetivo desse trabalho foi avaliar a presença de Campylobacter spp. em cortes refrigerados de frango comercializados em Londrina, Paraná.
