Preparing Teaching Assistants to Work With All Learners: The Impact of Accessibility Training

Abstract: This study investigated the impact of accessibility training on incoming teaching assistants’ (TAs) awareness of and preparation to implement academic adjustments and accommodations for students with disabilities.
