Preparing Clinical Preceptors to Support Nursing Students in Evidence-Based Practice

Abstract: Staff nurse preceptors contribute importantly to student learning and to academic program outcomes; however, academic-clinical partnerships can offer focused learning opportunities for preceptors as well.
