Preparation of terpolymer capsules containingRosmarinus officinalisessential oil and evaluation of its antifungal activity

Abstract: The essential oil from Rosmarinus officinalis presents antifungal activity and is used in industry as a natural preserving agent. However, essential oils are unstable compounds.
