Preparation of SOFC Anodes at Lower Temperature with Boosted Electrochemical Performance

Abstract: Various perovskite-type materials have been developed and applied in the field of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs). The perovskite oxides prepared by the traditional solid-state method usually need to be calcined at a temperature higher than 1000 °C. Herein, a modified solvothermal synthesis is proposed to prepare the La 0.43 Ca 0.37 Ti 0.94 Ni 0.06 O 3−δ (LCTNi) anode at 800 °C. Compared to the material with identical composition synthesized by the solid-state method (denoted as LCTNi-ss), LCTNi synthesized at … Show more

“…We assign these reflections to 1D DMAPbI 3 (11.6°) and 0D Cs 4 PbI 6 (11.9°and 12.1°) perovskite intermediate phases. [30,32,33] The presence of these two intermediate phases, which have been reported in the literature as precursors of black CsPbI 3 when the latter is prepared via the DMAI approach, indicates an incomplete conversion of the precursors to β-CsPbI 3 . [22,29,30,34] Figure 1c displays the evolution of the phases during the annealing of CsPbI 3 .…”

“…This research reached a pivotal milestone in demonstrating the therapeutic potential of this exosome-mediated siRNA delivery strategy by achieving a significant knockdown of both mRNA (60%) and protein (62%) levels of BACE1, which is a crucial target implicated in AD in wild-type mice. Recently, Li et al advanced targeted drug delivery by modifying MSC-derived exosomes (MSC-exo) with RVG peptide with 29 amino acids (REXO), which binds specifically to neuronal acetylcholine receptors [242]. They further complexed therapeutic siRNAs with a ROS-responsive polymer, cationic polymer poly-[(2-methacryloyl)ethyl(pboronic acid benzyl) dimethylammonium bromide] (BA-PDMAEMA, BAP), to ensure release in the ROSrich environment of AD-affected neurons.…”

“…On the one hand, as the temperature rises, the state of the EVOH hot-melt adhesive transforms from solid into molten, the forces between the polymer chains are weakened, so both the viscosity and bond strength reduce. 6,29,50 On the other hand, the continuous dissociation of hydrogen bonds reduces the cohesion, leading to a decrease in viscosity. [50][51][52][53] When the hot-melt adhesive is cooling to below 120 C, the hydrogen bonds recombine, restoring viscosity to its original levels.…”

[50][51][52][53] When the hot-melt adhesive is cooling to below 120 C, the hydrogen bonds recombine, restoring viscosity to its original levels. After 10 cycles of rheological testing, there was almost no change in viscosity, indicating that the EVOH 40 exhibits good thermal stability.…”
