Preparation of novel pyrazole substituted triazole libraries and estimation of their biological activity

Abstract: We have constructed a new library of 1,2,3-triazole tethered pyrazole derivatives (6 a-h & 7 a-h) from propargyl alcohol through simultaneous click process, oxidation, condensation, and rearrangement under mild reaction conditions.
