Abstract:Dialkoxyphosphinothioylthioacetamides may be prepared conveniently in good yields and high purity from the reaction between dialkoxyphosphinothioylthioacetic acetic anhydrides and the appropriate amine. The necessary mixed anhydrides were readily prepared under very mild conditions by allowing keten to react with a dialkoxyphosphinothioylthioacetic acid in acetone. The method was applied to the preparation of both dimethoxy-and diethoxyphosphinothioylthioacetic anhydrides. The former was then interacted with m… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
