“…A very high conversion of approximately 98% was achieved within five min of 455-nm blue LED irradiation even at a low DBM concentration of 0.1 mol% and a 4DP-IPN loading of 10 ppm. This conversion was comparable to that of conventional UV curing systems, which typically required six min for film curing [ 8 ]. The large amounts of unused DBM and Br-terminated polymers generated during bulk polymerization facilitated the photoinduced electron transfer from 4DP-IPN, which resulted in the significant increase in the film curing rate.…”

“…The peel strength (2.8–8.0 N cm −1 ) and loop tack (4.1–8.2 N cm −1 ) of the prepared PSAs indicated that the PSAs could be used as general acrylic PSAs and optically clear adhesives [ 8 , 47 , 48 , 49 ]. In particular, the PSA obtained using a DBM concentration of 0.1 mol% and a 4DP-IPN loading of 10 ppm presented both excellent creep resistance (holding time > 100 h) and transparency (98.5%), which rendered it the most suitable PSA as an optically clear adhesive for electronics.…”

“…The specimens were allowed to adhere on the stainless‐steel substrate by applying the force of 19 N through the dual roller, to acquire the permanent tack the specimen was kept under the same load for 12 hours at room temperature. The tests were carried out by following the ASTM D330 under pulling speed of 300 mm/m 34‐37 . The results were computed for error with 10 iterations and reported with N/mm.…”

“…So, OCA should basically be transparent and have a low haze. It should also be optically isotropic, with less coloring and discoloration in environmental conditions [30].…”
