“…Because PLD-derived LSC is often cobalt deficient, a nominally Co-rich La 0.6 Sr 0.44 Co 1.17 O 3−δ target was prepared by ball milling LSC powder with Co 3 O 4 (Wako, >90%) and SrCO 3 (Kojundo, 99.9%) powders, followed by sintering at 1200 °C for 5 h. This target yields thin films with a stoichiometry close to La 0.6 Sr 0.4 CoO 3−δ , as confirmed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (Table S1). The detailed conditions of this compositional analysis can be found elsewhere . Co 3 O 4 -added LSC–SDC thin films were also prepared by sequential deposition of LSC–SDC for 30 min (corresponding to 133 nm thick), Co 3 O 4 –SDC for 15 min (75 nm), and LSC–SDC for 15 min (67 nm).…”
