“…H-PRF gels from each temperature group were also put in six-well cell culture plates immediately after preparation, then the six-well plates were tilted at 45 degrees every 15 s to observe whether the H-PRF gel would dissolve/flow. If the H-PRF gel wouldn’t dissolve, the mixture was deemed to be completely solidified and a corresponding solidification time was recorded as previously described [ 14 ].…”

“…Photos and weighs of the H-PRF gel were recorded every day. The photos revealed the ability for the H-PRF gel to either stay intact or dissolve over time [ 14 , 15 ].…”

“…To prepare the H-PRF extracts, each treated H-PRF membrane was incubated with 5 ml DMEM (Dulbecco's modi ed Eagle's medium) supplemented with 10% FCS (fetal calf serum) and 1% penicillin G (Thermo Fisher Scienti c Inc.) in a 37℃ incubator for 3 days as previous described. [11] Then, the medium was collected, ltered with 0.22 µm membrane lter (Millex-GP, PR05538, Merck Millipore Ltd.) and stored at 4℃ for future cell experiments. In order to avoid the insigni cant differences between the groups due to excessive cell proliferation in the later stage, human osteoblasts (hFOBs) suspension was counted by Invitrogen Countess 3 (Thermo Fisher Scienti c) and then were diluted to 1,0000 cells per milliliter and then seeded 100 µL/well in 96-well plates as previous study recommended.…”

“…[5][6][7] Also, it is already possible to observe studies suggesting the possibility of using such an osteoconductive biomaterial. 8 The recent finds show the Alb-PRF as an autologous promisor biomaterial. Our group are grateful to contribute to the science behind that.…”
