Abstract:Complexes of methylethyltin dichloride with 3‐, 4‐picolines, isoquinoline and benzyl amine, of ethyl(n‐propyl) tin dichloride with pyridine, 3‐picoline and isoquinoline and of n‐propyl (n‐butyl)tin dichloride with isoquinoline, n‐propyl amine and benzyl amine have been prepared and their stoichiometries established from their tin and chlorine contents. I.R. measurements (4000–200 cm−1) suggest that in all the hexa‐coordinated complexes of methylethyltin dichloride, the chlorines are in cis‐position. In case of… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
