Preparation and Characterization of Mesocarbon Microbeads by the Co-Polycondensation of High-Temperature Coal Tar Pitch and Coal Pyrolytic Extracts

Abstract: Mesocarbon microbeads (MCMBs) are a kind of engineering and functional artificial carbon materials generally prepared by the polymerization of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The physicochemical property of the raw materials plays a key role in the quality of MCMBs.
