Abstract:A novel modified poly(DL-lactic acid) (PDLLA) was obtained by covalent grafting of maleic anhydride, hexanediamine and GRGDY onto the backbone of PDLLA to improve the hydrophilicity of PDLLA; Then, the modified PDLLA/HA porous composite was prepared. The cell affinity and cell growth were improved. FTIR, 13 C NMR, DSC, AAA and SEM were used to characterize the composite material. The hydrophilicity and interfacial compatibility of composite were tested.
