Preparation and Characterization of GCE Coatings Combining DDDMAB and PDADMAC with FAD and HCM for Electrocatalytic Detection of Oxygen and Sulfur Oxoanions

Abstract: Electrochemically active hybrid coatings based on cationic films, didodecyldimethylammonium bromide (DDDMAB) , and poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDADMAC) are prepared on glassy carbon electrode surface by cycling the film-covered electrode repetitively in a pH 7 solution containing flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD), and anionic hexacyanometalate (HCM) complexes, Fe(CN) 6 3À and Ru(CN) 6 4À .
