Improvement of Critical Current Density in Bi-2223 Superconductor by Ag-Doping

It was found that Ag addition has not only affected the formation of the desired Bi-2223 phase and the microstructure of these large bulk tube samples thereby influencing on the critical current [7]. However, Ag additions show no effects on Tc and lattice parameters when samples are treated under low oxygen pressure.…”
